Assignment 4

Hi all,
Sorry for the delay, it has been crazy at work, I will post another matrix file on our Wiki so we can select our next tasks. Daniel and Julie have already selected the text questions, so think o what else you would like to do. Please provide feedback on how this is working and let me know what we need to change.

Things for this assignment: Please look over our vision, mission statements and let me know what we should change.

Would another MMISer like to do the Gantt or PERT chart this time? Might look good for your program, I think Dr. S is looking for that, I will plead the MCTE excuse :-) . I actually will be taking a Microsoft Project class at work later this year, this class made me think of doing it. Hope you all had a good long wekeend, now back to work. I will post the Matrix file today on the Wiki, make changes to it and repost it.

Friday Update 23 May

Good evening all,
I have posted the assignment for you to review on our wiki. Please look it over and make any comments on the feedback page. the file is under the upload/view files section and it is called Team_3_assign_3.doc

I also removed the old draft assignment files to keep it clean. I think i got it all. Let me know what you think I will post to WebCT on Sunday by noon. I will also post our web case there as well then we can all comment. I am going to post Daniel's orignial post since we agreed upon that.

Thanks for all of your team work, we got through it. We have to start on Assignment 4 right away so please let me know what you liked and didn't like aboutr doing it this way. Also review assignment 4 so you can select what you want to do this time.

Thursday Update 22 May

Hello all,
I have updated the assignment document. we only need to review each others posts (uploaded files) and make feedback on anything. I am almost done compiling the file. Just need the background case study.

Julie, I think I forgot to answer you on that, yes, if you were working on that if you could post that that would be fine.

Please review the vision, mission and goals I posted. Let me know if you have any changes you want to make. I will make a new page on the Wiki to post all feedback on. The sidebar and front page are getting confusing.

Assignment 3 Almost there

Good evening all,
I just posted review question 7. Please look my answer over. I will start compiling our responses and post our assignment for review.

Please review all the files on the Wiki and provide feedback. Should I make a separate page for each section do the feedback is easier to follow?

Wednesday Update

I checked the Wiki and I see that it seems to be working for uploading files??? Does this seem to be helpful to have a place to look at what everyone is submitting? I will start putting it all together tonight and post what we have. I also put a file on the Wiki wit some ideas for our vision mission and goals. Let em know what you all think, we can come up with one that fits. The message I got back from Dr. S was that the vision, mission etc was assignment specific not team specific, so we will need to adjust it for assignment 4 as well.

For process imporvement, what did you not like about this assignment and what did you like?? I will create a new post on here so we can add our comments and fix for assgnment 4!

Julie has suggested that we post Daniel's response to the discussion thread, does anyone have anything to add to it, if not I will post it under my name as required thenwe can begin discussions. Also, you are free to discuss on other team posts, we each get discussion points for contributing to other posts, so you can jump in on those.
